The first sink arrived with a corner broken off. Wayfair promptly sent a new one which was perfect. It has a smooth, pottery-like finish. Some things to know if you are going to install this yourself:
You need a 32 1/4" wide by 21 1/4" deep hole in the countertop with a 3/8" radius (+/-) in the corners.
There are 1 3/8" circular depressions in the underside of the sink lip for soap dispensers etc. The depressions are about 3/32" deep. You need a diamond hole saw to cut through the sink, you cannot knock out the center. I used a Milwaukee diamond max 1 3/8" hole saw and their retractable starter bit and arbor (49-56-7135) to cut the hole (total cost $60). The saw self-centers in the depression. Run the drill slowly, with light-moderate pressure, and spray water on the sink and saw blade. I put the sink upside down with scraps of wood to back the cut. I found it to be surprisingly easy to cut through the material which turns into what looks like chalk.
The clips that hold the sink in place on the countertop are attached with small screws to raised bosses molded into the underside of the sink lip. There are small holes pre-drilled for the screws, but they need to be drilled out with a 9/64" drill bit. A regular drill bit worked fine.
Other than that, the installation was straight forward.
