Package arrived with sink shattered. I was remodeling my kitchen and unfortunately didn’t open the box until one month later since it was put in a corner with my other accessories for my kitchen, and found it shattered. I contacted the number in the box for Customer Service and never heard back. Lesson learned always open your packages when they arrive!!! Customer Service is definitely lacking because I should’ve at least gotten a call back.
