This is too floppy to hold towels. Disappointed in this item.

We are not satisfied with the Southbeach 4-swing arm towel stand. The whole stand wobbles in the base. It is not unusable but close to it. We waited for months to receive it and it was not inexpensive. I did not post this with any stars hoping that you will reach out. It appears that at least 1 star is required; so, it is a very attractive towel stand.
