The description of this product states that it is made "with solid brass" which leads the buyer to believe that all of the metal components are brass which is not the case. The rod and trim at the top appear to be metal but the base is made of plastic. The product description is clearly misleading and should be changed. Even at the sale price, this product is way overpriced for what you get.

I love the free floating look of this. Elegant looking in our newly re-done powder room. Had to wait a while to get it but worth it.
