Well made and works well on the counter. It would be better if the rings could be flat down, they are raised.

I've been looking for a chrome counter top towel rack tall enough to fit hand towels for several years. This is just perfect. One reviewer said the loops don't move but ours do so you can adjust it to be not so wide. I'm pleased.

This is high enough that two hand towels (not the small fingertip towels) can hang on it. It is sturdy. Looks a bit imposing on the counter because of its size, but that is to be expected. Does the job if you don't have a nearby wall to install a wall mounted towel bar.
