Delivery was difficult—the tub was delayed in transit after I had specifically tried to have it deliver with the vanity. The installation went well, and I really enjoy my tub! I like the angles on both sides--some support while leaning back into the warm water. The back-to-wall feature is really all it's cracked up to be, no struggling to wipe up extra water/clean behind the tub with that installed properly! Appears to retain heat well--but in July in Houston, that's not much of a concern.
