Disaster. Arrived in 3 pieces and the only way Customer Service says they can make it right is to have me return it at a cost of hundreds of dollars out of my pocket. I’ll take the loss and have learned the lesson not to purchase from any company that can’t stand behind their own business model.

We are super bummed over this countertop- this is now the 3rd countertop Wayfair has sent us cracked. Their delivery partner Pro Rel carelessly leansdrops these countertops on your front porch with no signature required and then Wayfair has you dispose of this heavy countertop yourself if it’s damaged. We have the matching countertop in a smaller size that we love and thankfully didn’t arrive damaged but now we are stuck unable to match it since we will not go through this a 4th time. Wayfair has no solutions except try sending a 4th countertop but it’s so wasteful to me I just got a refund.
