From the first week of installation the flush never worked properly and then after two weeks the toilet seat kept coming unscrewed.

I followed the instructions as per the manual to prime the toilet for flushing. Eventually the flush would happen, but then when I tried it again, or came back at a later time, it would not flush I had to go back and prime it again. Why do I have to constantly keep re-priming the toilet it appears to work fine on a full flush, but to save water, I would prefer not to use that all the time, somewhat disappointed.

I bought three of these Vormax over tecpast 18 months for my house and rental apartment. All three work mighty fine AND NO ISSUES. Plus they are very comfortable and a pleasure to use and flush (seriously!). I was surprised to see so many complaints in the reviews and felt I should share my positive experiences. Good Luck!
