I installed this yesterday and wish I had bought and installed it months ago. Replaced an older model American Standard faucet and it turned out to be a crazy upgrade. Easy to install, looks great, and a fantastic warranty.

I took the maintenance supervisors job at a 100 unit high rise. This was the product that was being ordered for kitchen faucet replacement. I do like the ease of replacement and the look, but I am not sold on the construction. First, I have a problem with the spout the o-rings start leaking after about a year in service.Second, The valve nut needs to be brass not pot metal it corrodes and breaks. Third, I am not real crazy about the plastic valve stems. It’s a nice product easy to work on just needs some better materials in the construction. I am finding it difficult to find parts.

This is a entry level kitchen faucet and relatively easy to install. Kitchen sees quite a bit of cooking/cleaning use and the kitchen faucet in our household the kitchen fuacet is practically used every hour of the day making it important it be drip free and reliable. This faucet has a wobbly shutoff so be aware you are not too over-agressive turning water on and off. I normally swap out the kitchen faucet on a 3-year cycle and the design of this fixture is a joy to replace. No need for a high end American Standard kitchen faucet since kids tends to dent/mar even the most indestructable fixture in our home. It would be nice if more thought was put into the design such that as you turn off water the handles would not "flex" as you near the quarter turn. Ceramic washerless is definitely the way to go as I normally get a few years service before I have to consider replacing ceramic/washerless cartridges. Being a "old school" homeowner I avoid flex water supply lines instead gravitate to solid metal tube supply lines... a bit longer to install but guaranteed never to rupture or leak when measured, installed, and torqued properly
