Yes, 10 years! Am a heavy user too. I didnt expect the quality at all. In this day and age usually nothing lasts....I am pleasantly surprised.

For being "supposedly" made in America, I am truly disappointed with this faucet. And we have only had it a week. Soap dispenser is plastic, and spray nozzle is also plastic, and the plate around the base of the faucet. Once this breaks, as I am sure plastic does, we will not be buying this brand again. Also the cleanser I used makes chrome sparkle, but it will probably ruin the plastic parts.

We've had this faucet for over a year now in our kitchen.. We love it! it works great.. turns on and off with out any issues.. after I got mine 2 of my other family members got the same faucet.. love the height of it... doesn't come in the way of cleaning bigger pots and pans... and love the spray too... comes in handy when cleaning the sink.. cleans easily!
