The toilet came in well packed and protected. This was my first ever toilet install and watching a video online and then doing it was really easy. The toilet itself it great, it’s not loud. The glaze on it makes it super simple to clean. However, I bought this because my son had extra large bowel movements and he semi clogged it on the second day. I say semi clogged because was was moving down but it wasn’t a flush and I needed to use a plunger to fix it. Not why I bought this toilet but if he can clog this, there is no toilet I could have gotten that would have performed better. Overall I’m very happy but deducted one star because it’s not “uncloggable.”
