I had so much trouble finding the right flapper for the toilets in our office. Wish I would have ordered from here to begin with, I could have saved myself so much time, money and frustration!!! Thank you!

This fit perfectly, solved my problem and prevented inappropriate water flow.

Exactly the size we needed! The sizes recommended and purchased (two different ones) at big box store did not fit properly. Will only buy from website if needed in future.

Your customer service was great. They responded to my email right away giving me the part number that I needed and let me know I could order it right on your website making it really simple. Thank you.for being so helpful.

This item is an identical replacement for the original flapper in my American Standard toilet. Instructions came with the flapper. Following them, I was able to install the flapper without issues. It is working perfectly. I am happy to be able to buy a replacement part directly from the manufacturer and enjoy the quality of the original part. I've used aftermarket parts in the past with mixed results. My only suggestion to AS would be to use larger font when printing the instruction sheet -- making it a little easier to read would be a bonus.
