No problems for me. I bought the optional heater. Water temp definitely does not drop. Just be sure to put enough water in to submerge the jets well. All work well.

I bought the tub the switch to turn it on was lose when they delivered it so i looked for the part everywhere an you can't find it. so now i have a 1400. tub not working

Our house flooded in Hurricane Harvey and we replaced our previous whirlpool tub with this one. Very poor design! There are 2 jets high up on your back, not at the height of the other 6, that can't be closed off or pushed down enough. You CAN NOT learn forward for any reason (turn water off, make adjustments to jets, grab soap, shave you legs, ect.) when the jets are on. If you do water sprays EVERYWHERE! It's even difficult to turn the jets off over your right shoulder without water spraying everywhere! So upset, because I had high expectations for this tub, especially considering the price! And after all of this hurricane mess and NOT having a tub to lay in for 9 months I was looking forward to relaxing in my tub. We are unable to actually enjoy having the whirlpool :( DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY TOO!
