The bidet arrived broken in the case. I sent pictures to the website only to be told to package the bidet back up, haul it to my car (takes 2 people), load it in the car, take it to the Fed ex office, unload from my car to take it in the office. You have a picture of the broken bidet. Tell me what good is it to repackage itand send it back to you. I have used Wayfair allot. This just seems dumb.
