Boulevard Siphonic Double Chasse D'eau Monobloc Elongated 1190051_

This is an update to my earlier 9/2025 negative review that I cannot find on the American Standard website. This toilet is very elegant-looking and the 14.5" width is perfect for a small bathroom. Unfortunately the flushing mechanism and/or low flush volume do not adequately rinse the bowl. In most low volume toilets a second flush will clear waste and rinse well, but with this toilet even a second flush does not direct enough water to the back area of the bowl to rinse splashed particles. The only way to remove the particles is to clean the bowl manually. The local Pittsburgh supplier of this toilet has been in contact with American Standard and all of their suggestions for solving this problem have been implemented but the toilet still fails to clear particles that have been splashed on the higher areas of the bowl during the flushing action. The American Standard PowerWash does not meet expectations. I would not get this toilet.

Very easy to install, comfortable and stylish. Compliments our remodeled master bath beautifully. High recommended.

Wow!! What a toilet!! It does have a presence as one reviewer said previously!! Quite, efficient and modern!! Very easy install with no challenges!! If you’re looking for an upgrade, this is the way to go!!

There are 2 black rubber caps on the end of 2 plastic sticks. The black rubber caps will rot and fall off after several years and you will be forced to buy the whole flushing actuator because they will not sell you the 5 cent rubber cap. The flushing actuator is on back order so you may not be able to flush you toilet correctly for a while, because without the rubber cap, the stick does not properly connect with the flushing mechanism.
