The tank lid is about what you would expect, The problem is that it arrived broken, and not a little bit broken, broken to the point it is not usable and Wayfair apparently has no interest in providing resolution to the issue. I reported the problem as soon as I opened the package, including pictures, the automated message indicated that it would take 1-3 business days for the customer service team to respond. We are now at 5 business with no resolution, no next steps, and not response from customer service except to say on the phone "give our team some time". I'm really struggling to understand way it is so difficult for them to provide timely resolution to a problem that I clearly had no control over.

Shipping information was inaccurate. At check out and the again when the order was completed, the system said delivery date was the same as the order date; which I though wasn't accurate based on where I live. However, the prices was competitive. And I was correct. It did not arrive until several days later.
