Trying to return this item to Wayfair has been a pretty horrible experience for me. I thought Wayfair.ca had one of the best if not THE BEST return systems of all the online companies out there. I guess I was sorely wrong. All I need right now is to get my Return Label so that my order can be sent back to Wayfair so that I can get my refund but I've had to talk to two Customer Service Representatives and an On-line Chat rep and my problem is still being resolved right now and it has taken a week and half to this point. I'm VERY disappointed with Wayfair.ca at this point.
