exactly what i needed for my master bathroom remodel. my contractor is delayed briefly so I'll upload installed photos later. it's sleek and stylish, nice heavy duty construction, it will look amazing in my oversized walk-in shower.

I chose this very simple but modern looking matte black trim kit for the new bathroom shower we are in the process of having built. It arrived with in a week but the plumber did not. A frustrating sign of the Covid year is that it is near impossible to get subs even after they have agreed to do the job. So here we sit with our partially plumbed shower and our very attractive new trim kit. Thus far, I am pleased with my choice though I am unable to see it installed or operational. It is well made and as I expected of American Standard. The knobs and panel are weighty and attach together with a strong, sturdy feeling. The black matte finish is very smooth. I chose black as we are in an area where the well water has a lot of minerals and I hope that this color will minimize the spotted appearance that some trim has after a short amount of time. Our decor leans toward modern farmhouse and this particular bathroom will be predominantly black and white finished with gray tile flooring. Here again I felt that the black trim and the simple shape of the knobs, panel and directional print would lend itself well to our style and standout cleanly against a white shower wall. I will update this listing with more information about the actual trim kit installation and functionality. Keeping my fingers crossed the plumber returns next week. Pictures will be updated as well so that the item can be viewed in position.
