I needed to replace the level on my toilet because the original handle broke off of the mechanism and super glue, the only viable method of resecuring it, didn't work. I tried two other generic trip levers but they would work with this toilet tank...they couldn't be bent to match the needed curves to a) lift the flapper, and b) not rise up and get blocked by the tank lid. After a combined 2 hours of frustration I ordered this one, the OEM part, and installing it to working order took about 3 minutes, half of which was taking it out of the packaging. Wayfair's packing of this item was very careful and it quickly arrived intact.
