I bought it from American Standard. Its seems (from the reviews) that this model did not go through extensive testing. My issue is low water pressure that cannot be resolved. Yes, we've tried hot and cold toggle.

Had to replace the sprayer and hose on my faucet. Was told to disconnect hose where it attached to water supply and pull out of main body of faucet. Can not pull out without cutting off end of hose. New hose treaded trough opening without any problem. Had to take faucet off sink to fix, but would not have had to remove if had known just to cut the end off and pull out before removing.

I like the faucet but I am very disappointed with the sprayer. I would like to know if there is any way an adjustment can be made. It sprays all over me and splashes when I use it. If I decrease the water flow, it is useless altogether.
