This faucet replaces another American Standard kitchen faucet (Standard Collection #4251) that we had for 11 years. We are quite pleased with the Hampton faucet, as the high arc allows us to easily fill large pots with water. The handles need only a soft touch to turn them on and off. There is a small amount of water released after the faucet is turned off, due to the amount of water that is still traveling through the high arc spigot. Overall, we are very happy with this selection.

Bought two. Both leak at the base of the spout. Called company - they sent parts, but that didn't fix the problem. Our plumber of 35 years is baffled.

I purchased this faucet because my wife liked it for her kitchen which was being remodeled by a professional company. The faucet was installed by a professional licensed plumber. The faucet started to drip after three months. I replaced the rubber gasket myself with o-rings purchased from Lowe's. I even "greased" it with silicone that's made for o-ring replacement. The leak was fixed, but whenever the sprayer was used, a good amount of water still came out of the faucet. Oh well.

Have had the product for none months and have found it to be solid and sturdy. No wobbles in neck like some other products. Perfect height neck.

This faucet really made the sink in our kitchen look much nicer. Installing it was straight forward. We have an old farm style sink and this style fits right in. There are higher end faucets on the market with smoother operating mechanisms but for the price I'm impressed with the quality and functionality.
