This was exactly what I needed! The quality and performance are the same as the original. Unlike some products, youve got to love the fact that you can buy replacement parts for American Standard rather then having to replace the entire system.

Works like new after installation by plumber. With the way of the San Diego city water, and I do not have a water softener, I figured by my calculations that I will have to replace the whole internal cartridge and attachments every two (2) years due to water calcification making turning the handle harder each time. I will have to recorder another set real soon as my standby just in case American Standard does stop to carry these items. Hopefully they don't and maintain stock.
