Nice wing handles, easy to install. However, I only wish I had realized how narrow the gooseneck is. What that means in operation is that the water stream is very very close to the back edge of the sink, so you don't have much room to wash your hands underneath without splashing water everywhere. That holds true for anything you wash beneath the water stream. The faucet comes with a small key (square piece of metal with two notches) that you need to use to remove the aerator. This is not specified in the instructions, so I'm lucky I didn't toss it. I had to call American Standard to find out how to remove the aerator; removing the faucet end is not simply a matter of unscrewing the threaded cap. I'm using this as a utility faucet in my basement; if it were a replacement for my kitchen faucet, I would return it for a gooseneck design that has a greater curve.
