Stick with Sloan/Zurn. The overrride buttons will stick on every model of these. I have two buildings with them and have to take apart all the time to work on and lubricate the override button. Manufacturer defect

Put it in at the distributor's suggestion last year and it works well. No issues from the tenant. There is a delay built in so that the valve does not flush over and over when you get off the toilet.
