The self-cleaning feature is great! The seat could be more comfortable though, it is somewhat concave compared to typical seats.

Installed the seat and immediately it is leaking from inside the housing. Not leaking from any connector but leaking from inside which means there is no fix. Will need to return this seat, which is disappointing because otherwise the function and quick release seat is very impressive!

the instructions were not complete and when I called Wayfair, they had NO knowledge of what I was describing, which is why I had to send pictures, after which they still didn't know the answer to my question. It took two calls to the manufacturer to find someone that stated that the hose connection was at that angle for shipping,, but was NOT in their instructions that it needed to be "ROTATED" 90 degrees so that it would be pointing toward the floor. This led to a week of having the product and not being able to complete the installation properly. Not very happy with either Wayfair and American Standard, but at least they stated that they would add more instructions to their installation manual.

Easy install, works well. Don't mind tap coolness with cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first few months, it was a total game-changer—easy install, great pressure. But recently, the nozzle has developed a mind of its own. Instead of retracting back after the wash cycle, it just stays extended. I can manually push it back, but that kind of defeats the purpose. Deeply disappointed that a product at this price point is already failing mechanically. If you’re looking for something that lasts more than a season, you might want to look elsewhere until they fix this retraction issue
