Easy install, works well. Don't mind tap coolness with cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first few months, it was a total game-changer—easy install, great pressure. But recently, the nozzle has developed a mind of its own. Instead of retracting back after the wash cycle, it just stays extended. I can manually push it back, but that kind of defeats the purpose. Deeply disappointed that a product at this price point is already failing mechanically. If you’re looking for something that lasts more than a season, you might want to look elsewhere until they fix this retraction issue

I owned a previous, bulkier model of this seat that I had purchased in 2020 and absolutely loved it.  We recently moved and instead of bringing the old seat with us, I decided to purchase this new model.  PRO, the design looks much better than the previous version, also the solid tee they now provide is better than the previous plastic version. This seat is also easy to install. That is it.  CONS, there is a TON of play on the toilet seat, no matter how tight you have the bolts you are always slipping around on it. Unlike the previous version, that had a firm trigger that would click up and down for use, this new slim model has a hand trigger that will go off if slightly bumped, be prepared to clean up water.  For personal cleaning coverage, let's just say it misses the target. In order for it to work you really need to jockey yourself around for it to work for the bum wash feature and the other cleaning option shoots out the front of the toilet. For those of us that also need to have these seat up for use, rest assured that IT DOES NOT STAY UP! AT ALL! Installed on an Elongated Champion 4 toilet.  I am beyond greateful that I got this at cost and did not have to pay retail for this price of garbage. Cannot believe American Standard is selling this with a straight face.  The fact that I am forced to give one-star is aggravating. I wish I could give zero. Buyer beware, ignore all other reviews, this is a waste of your money.

I am not impressed with the bidet. Have used them for years but this one does not have much "power" to clean. Kind of a weak stream on the back. Oh my this is embarrassing but there you are!

This is a well designed and very functional add on bidet. Fits perfectly on my American Standard toilet. Functions much better the the previous generic unit I had. I really appreciate the quick release button for cleaning. It’s a very easy installation. I did it myself! Very impressed!
