We had an American Standard toilet from 20 years ago replaced because the parts were no longer available. Having a one-bathroom house, we needed to make sure our toilet works and didn't want to take the chance of a break down. The replacement was a low flow from a different manufacturer and had three significant blockages in three weeks - with the last needing the plumber to come out and help unclog. (What a nightmare for two days.) We asked the plumber for a suggestion and the Cadet EverClean was ordered. What a difference!
When I say it flushes well, I don't think we'll ever need a plunger again for "just in case". It took a bit to get used to the sound, but it is well worth the peace of mind knowing everything will go down every time. The handle is also SUPER sensitive, which is great for my disabled husband. No worries about leaning over to hold the lever to get it to flush. ADA height is needed for this house and this fits the bill perfectly. Visually, it looks wider, but doesn't seem to actually be any larger or smaller than our original American Standard. Dimensions are on target.
