For some reason, my bathroom, even though I think it previously had a 12" rough-in, was not able to take the 12" toilet I purchased originally. The 10" options were less attractive and this was the best of the bunch. The flush is much stronger than the old toilet even though it uses less water. I purchased the matching slow-close seat from another site and was happy with the results.

standard toilet... they didn't ship the seat but they're sending it now. The internal float is to big for the bowl and rubs against the tank wall. Makes the float stick...

First toilet's holes for installing seat were not positioned properly meaning the toilet seat did not sit properly. A quick telephone call to customer service got me a new one within days so I had two working toilets for my Christmas Open House. Wonderful service means you have obtained a loyal customer!
