Recently I purchased this toilet based on recommendation from the sales people, I now regret it. This toilet is able to flush a bucket full of golf balls down the drain! Great, next time I want to get rid of golf balls I will keep this toilet in mind. If you want to have a bowel movement (BM) , this is NOT the toilet that you want! After the BM I gave it a flush, and much to my surprise the waste was still in the bowl! Six flushes later the waste was still in the bottom of the bowl! In case you are wondering no there was no toilet paper involved, just a BM! Ok next was the handy plumbers helper, but to no avail the waste was still at the bottom of the bowl! Now it is off to the local hardware store for a toilet snake…..Yes that finally work to get the waste down the line! Like I said, this may be a great toilet to flush a bucket of golf balls down the drain, but not for a bowel movement !

We bought this a couple months ago and simple put we hate it. It may flush a bucket of golf balls but it will not clean the sides of the toilet. There are a few places inside the bowl where it won’t flush a piece of toilet paper stuck to the side. It was the first of three toilets we bought recently and learned are lesson the hard way. The other two we bought were Eljer Diplomats which we like. By the way, my 15 year old plugged it up with a bowel movement.

Do Not Buy This. It will leak Between the Bowl and Tank. I bought two and they Both Leaked. Spent weeks with Warranty with no resolution. Box store won't take back if installed to Sewer Line. I have Work in Maintenance for 40 years, So I know how to Install. I have never had this type of trouble. Usually American Standard has pretty good products. But not this model.
