Really nice toilet. High quality at a good price. Good flushing power with this 1.6 GPM model. Packaging was sufficient to protect during shipment. Came in two parts, tank assembly and toilet bowl. Assembly instructions were descriptive and straight forward, installation took me about 90 minutes from start to finish after old toilet had been first removed. The tank parts came preassembled with valve, float and handle so nothing tricky during installation. Note that the two flange mounting bolts for the toilet bowl are quite long so you'll need a hack saw or power tool to cut them down to enable installing the plastic caps. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Packaging was excellent, double boxed, plenty of packing. Recieived the toilet in less than 24hrs. Unfortunately it did show up damaged. I opted for the 50% refund and i kept the toilet. Hopefully it doesnt leak. Picture is the back of the toilet, right where the gasket and tank meet.

Toilet functions great but the holes for the toilet seat attachment are not even close to being lined up. This causes the seat to be very rigid and eliminates the slow close feature. I'd return the toilet if I could but it wasn't apparent until installed it. Hopefully this defect isn't the "standard" in American standard.

Received 12 inch but when I tried to register for warranty it can up as 10. So far so good.

I replaced my old toilet with this one and it is the greatest.
