Wow! What a beautiful toilet! Never thought I would describe a toilet as beautiful, but this really is a good looking toilet. It came in a very very secure box, in excellent condition. I can’t wait for my contractor to install it in our new bathroom! It’s going to look very elegant and the wave to flush design is great for being hands and germ free! Highly recommend!

i change the batteries in the sensor and inside the water tank and the sensor doesn't work.

I researched touchless toilets for a good while prior to purchasing this one. I like the modernization aspect of touchless more so than my concern about sanitation. We have a different touchless toilet in our other bathroom which I purchased about 8 years ago that I really like but sadly they stopped making it. I decided to upgrade to a touchless toilet in our master bathroom and went with this toilet. The toilet itself works fine. I think it's ridiculous that you have to purchase a wax ring and toilet seat with the purchase of this toilet when the company knows these are requirements in order to install and use the toilet. Faults: The toilet flushes with a lot more noise than I'm used to and takes longer for the water to fill up the tank. But the real disappointment is that it's really not touchless. I have the hand gesture mounted 2 feet from the toilet on the wall next to it and you can wave all day without it activating a flush but if you slightly touch it the toilet will flush. Unless you wave your hand multiple times an inch away from it the toilet won't flush. This is kind of disappointing because people buy these kind of toilets because they actually want a true touchless toilet. It still has a very fast and easy flush if you quickly tap the button which is in a convenient location. Improvement on these touchless units are still in need of perfection before they ever warrant a 5 star review.

This toilet touch less mechanical is a piece of junk. I changed the batteries in the hand wave remote and it will now not connect with the toilet.

This is an update to a previous review. I really liked the idea of a touchless flush - but after having 2 of these installed by a local plumber, I had numerous issues from the onset; toilet often clogged and it took forever to refill; not as effective as my old toilet. And I held nothing back with my initial review, but American Standard has made everything GREAT. The two different agents I spoke with in customer service were amazing - very friendly, professional and more than accommodating. My delivery FAST and the toilets work much better now. I am now a satisfied customer!
