1) when I tried downloading the manual it was for a Thermo Flask, not my coffee maker. 2) the coffee maker spits water onto “heater” under the pot and makes a mess on my counter. (I’ve used it three times) 3) the instruction pamphlet has such small print it’s impossible to read. I can’t download my manual KF7000

Product description of this model was not accurate on your website. It did not have the brew strength or temperature control features like my old brewer. In addition, the time display did not light up.

First of all my Braun coffee machine has no side window for amount of water poured in, so it's very inconvenient to fill. The coffee pot is defective and the handle and spout are not centered which makes pouring awkward. I have used Braun coffee maker for many years and never had a problem. I don't need these big 12 cup coffee makers since I usually make 2-3 cups at a time but Braun doesn't seem to have those coffee makers anymore.

I purchased this coffee maker in 2017 and have used it at least twice a day and it has made some of the best coffee to date. No mechanical issues and upkeep is changing water filters and routine clean cycles. I deep cleaned it ones with diluted clr to revitalize it. A better burr grinder is all you need to maximize flavour for this machine.

Easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. Easy to clean and keeps coffee hot. This is our 3rd. Braun coffee maker in the last 20 years.
