1) when I tried downloading the manual it was for a Thermo Flask, not my coffee maker. 2) the coffee maker spits water onto “heater” under the pot and makes a mess on my counter. (I’ve used it three times) 3) the instruction pamphlet has such small print it’s impossible to read. I can’t download my manual KF7000

Product description of this model was not accurate on your website. It did not have the brew strength or temperature control features like my old brewer. In addition, the time display did not light up.

Don’t buy. Ran great fir about 8 months. Broke and need to buy a new one

I've had multiple Braun coffeemakers over the last 20 years and this one isn't the best at all. I cannot fill the reservoir up to 10 or 12 without seeing a coupe of cups of water drip out the bottom! What's wrong with this? Very disappointed! I'm going to go back to a Cuisinart if Braun can't give me a fix. It has nothing to do with the coffee's grind as I've not even added the coffee yet. And reviews don't speak well of Braun's support;;;

Easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. Easy to clean and keeps coffee hot. This is our 3rd. Braun coffee maker in the last 20 years.
