We had 4 of these and had to have all of them replaced. I reached out to American Standard for a resolution, but was told they could send me new toilets after I already replaced the old ones. I supplied water bills before and after replacement showing the reduction in water by half when we went to single flush. Completely unsatisfied with the service and product from American Standard.
