This was the third replacement of this product. First 2 times were covered under the lifetime warranty but this time, I was required to produce a receipt (even though they could see that the previous ones had been covered). So, I had to pay out of pocket to avoid digging through decades old credit card receipts to find proof of purchase. Went from feeling great about the company to the opposite in short order and all for a part that probably has a production cost of a few bucks. The next time this hose fails (due to what I consider to be a design fault: abrasion of the sheath around the hose), I'll probably consider a new faucet from another manufacturer. Was this really the result that the company had hoped to achieve when they offered a lifetime warranty to the original owner? Forrest for the trees people.
