We haven’t installed this yet but it seems to be just what my husband wants for our master bathroom remodel.

Good quality. Exactly what it should be and as described.

My husband works in the home building industry and was really excited to install this our new home. Unfortunately it’s seemingly impossible to do so. The product information page details installation instructions, but is seemingly only for a concrete substrate (basement). Our intention was to install this on the second floor of our home in the owners bathroom. We even called American Standard, who could not give a definitive answer on whether this can indeed be installed over wood subfloor. They were also unable to provide details on how to install over wood subfloor. Nowhere in the description does it specify what substrate this needs to be installed over. It was a shock to find that we could only install this over concrete and an overall waste of hundreds of dollars now that we’re past the 30 day window. If you’re looking to purchase this product, make sure to do your own research first!

Did not come with flush valve as indicated in description.

It’s really a nice urinal. We’re waiting to have new flooring installed before we can install this urinal. However,it’s really good quality and we purchased the flushameter with it. Thank you Wayfair
