Bought last year but finally got it installed this week. Looks good but my bath towel barely gets warm. My dryer heats up the towel better. Maybe it would work better with smaller hand towels, but since I wanted a warmer for bath towels...I am very disappointed and plan to replace this warmer with something that (fingers crossed) gets my towel hotter.
