I bought this towel warmer a couple of years ago. I was very busy with my house renovation and other personal life changes that I never had a chance to reach out to the seller to let them know the towel warmer never got very warm. First, I thought it was my electric outlet, but I had that checked and the electric outlet was fine. The towel warmer gets lukewarm, but not hotenough to warm the towels (if you put your hand on the towel warmer it feels as hot as an old cup of coffee that was sitting on the table for an hour, just barely warmer than your body temperature). Hopefully, my towel warmer was just an exception and the rest of their towel warmers work just fine.
