I like this product a lot, but I’m very disappointed. I purchased this product and it stopped working right outside of the year warrenty. Delivered in June and it is now the end of July. I just called customer service to get support and they didn’t offer any solution.

Unit comes with installation instructions but WITHOUT any operational instructions about simple things like on, off, timer info. The 2 QR codes in the manual are linking to inactive youtube videos. There is no indication about what type, brand this towel warmer rack is, so can’t look up anywhere. Need to know: After turning on, how long before the (Invisible) timer shuts it down?

Wish there was a bit more timer functionality, but I knew going it what I was getting. Perfect for my space constraints and warms up/dries towels so well!

Great product! Works as stated. Love the larger size. Would highly recommend. This was extremely easy to install. We went for the direct hookup do there would not be a cord. A bit nervous cutting the end of the electrical cord but it do nice not seeing the cord!

Looks to be a good towel warmer! What a quick little warming feature it has, and it keeps our towels dry and toasty. Installation wasn't bad! But, we keep forgetting what color to leave the light on--red for 24-hours is working for us just fine.
