Haven’t been able to use the tub yet. The deliverers were of Spanish descent. I’m 74 and they were in there probably 20s to thirties. I wouldn’t listen to a thing I said. Ended up breaking the tub, trying to get into the bathroom door. Tore up my drywall. And then we’re so rude. They just went and got in the truck and left. Never saying a thing. So now I have a broken tub. Broken sheet rock in walls. And a mess they made to clean up. Was very unhappy. So now I don’t know whether to tear out my old bathtub and put this one in. Wait to see what they’re going to do about it. Find out what kind of company they Hi. And whether they are committed to customer satisfaction.

This has been nothing but problems. Every hose connection and joint is leaking. I had to hire a plumber to come and fix the problems and cost me $650. When I call in to Wayfair I am out to other people telling me they are sorry and wanting me to show pictures of it leaking but I'm not going to show these while it ruins the surrounding floors that are hardwood. To not buy this product, they do not have any kind of support when there is a bad problem.
