Système de filtration ROTL-600-PH

Purchased 25 March 2025, instaled in May 2025. After 6 month we change filter CF. Some month later next orange light came, couldn’t be reset using the buttons. 11 March 2026 I replaced all the filter RO, PH, CF. However Yesterday March 21 another orange light came in filters PH, CF, but today March 22 in filter CF came on. Unfortunately, it can’t be restarted, the machine doesn’t detect the filter sensors.

How does one talk to someone there about the water system? Not computer savvy to see about this product .

At first I was very happy and the water tasted wonderful. Difficult to install but then it was okay once in. However about 6 months into use the CF filter started blinking red and I read it was time to change the filter. After getting it shipped to me, the filter was sealed so hard that it was impossible to untwist and get it out. Spending hours and possibly calling a plumber to change the filters is unreasonable. There is some flaw in the design… it’s unfortunate as it was a great beginning

The simplicity of the installation and the taste of the water makes me wish I had done this years ago. I cannot recommend this system enough.
