Système de filtration ROCT-PLUS

I’m glad I bought this unit as it is a real step up in convenience from my RO-CTOP that I used for years. My only gripe is that the manual isn’t great (some functions do not work as described) and the friendly company that used to be so easy to get on the phone, and so helpful, has been replaced by an unhelpful chat bot.

The unit is compact and fit well in my kitchen. The hot function has 2 buttons which for custom temperature (4 levels) and for boiling. The water comes out clear and no taste comparing to my tap water (usually slighly smell and taste like metal and change the color of green tea and bluebutterfly flower tea).

I have had many RO units in the past. This one is extremely convenient and easy to use!

The flushing function doesnt work. This means you have to remove the reservoir daily to empty it. After two months the resvoir began leaking.

Love that there is instant hot and room temp water but water takes forever to dispense.
