Works great for last few years we didn’t have any problems. Looks modern, good water flow. I’m giving only 4 stars because for me it is extremely hard to switch from shower head to hand shower

I'm doing a long distance reno. My contractor called and said downrod is super long. He will have to retrofit something because I don't have a tall ceiling in my shower. I didn't see this information in the specs, suggest Wayfair add that dimension.
