I was not expecting this one from wayfair. I waited for 20 days ro recive the product and product came like this. On top of that, I initiate the return and you wont belive they are not showing up till todays date. Everyday, I am calling them but no response. Stay away.

Not installed yet but it looks good. Took quite a while for delivery though.

Instructions could have been better layed out and structured. So far the system is working well

The product failed! The grains filled my entire water system and I had to pay a plumber to clean all the lines and faucets, Everything ! Not a happy customer!! I threw the softener in the garbage.
