I ordered this door in February. It arrived over a month later...without any of the hardware. When I called Wayfair, they said they would send replacement parts. Several weeks later, that order was still sitting in the que... so I called again and they said they would send a replacement door (with hardware). Start the several week process all over again. It says it can arrive in several days, but it is a big item, and takes WEEKS to arrive. I needed this for an investment property, so just be sure you have plenty of time before ordering this door.

Missing instructions / install manual. Actually no documentation provided. Found it online, but had to ensure endless ads moving from page to page. Screw you arizona shower doors. On those online instructions were pretty bad. Poor pictures. Needed 7 short machine screws and got only 5 even though the poor documentation said 6 were provided. Overall, not impressed and wouldn't buy from this company again.
