This door is very pretty. I wanted something to give guests some privacy from the main living area. Took some effort to install. The instructions are not good. The item is advertised to fit openings up to 36”. What it doesn’t say is that it’s adjustable in increments of 5” by removing panels. Our opening was 35 1/2 inches. We had to remove a panel and my husband had to install some extra trim pieces to make a clean fit. All in all we like the result.

Love the look! Really classes up the doorway. Was able to trim it shorter and make it narrower. Was just pleased I didn’t crack the door when shortening it. Be sure to tape both sides of your cut line and both sides of the door. I just used painters tape. Use at least a 140 teeth circular saw blade and flip it so the teeth are backwards. Have a table or a person hold the end that is being cut off. Mine chipped a tiny bit on the backside, so be sure cut on the side you will see the most often. I cut first, then unscrewed the bottom pieces.

Perfect fit and perfect length. I was looking for something like this from long time. Loved it!

Easy to install and works well but magnet is almost too strong but works well. Had held up well.
