Carpenter Friend installed for us. He said it was pretty straightforward. The door is good quality for the price painted it the same colour as wall so it blends in nicely. Very happy with it.

SO FREAKIN COOL!!!! Looks like a giant spice rack but its a hidden door! The day I spotted these on the website I was DYING to use it somewhere , and the remodel Im working on currently gave me the perfect opportunity! Cant wait to install it! it will be the pantry door.

Received only the door jamb and not the door…. The instructions even stated that the product came in 2 boxes… When communicating with customer service they acted like it was my fault the supplier did not ship both boxes. Told me o had to wait 48 hours for a resolution even though fed ex supplied them with a a picture of just 1 box being delivered. Fed ex also stated only 1 box was delivered… I had a contractor there to install the door and it wasn’t delivered. When I escalated the issue to a manager I was told 24 hours for a resolution that should have been automatic. At this point it has been well over 24 hours and I’m still waiting on a resolution even though it should have been automatic… this was not a low valued item and at this point I’m out of $700 plus the wasted trip of a contractor that I had to pay for nothing. With this type of service I might not ever buy from Wayfair ever again
