I was missing a bar and reached out to Wayfair for the replacement part. Although I clearly stated a bar was missing instead I was shipped screws. I am guessing they looked at the picture I was required to upload and saw the open holes. No guys the holes are there because a bar is missing not screws. Now what On a side note the top shelf is too shallow for folded bath towels but they do hold hand towels just fine.

What a nice towel rack. It feels sturdy. The gold is a deep yellow, light bronze shade. I love that it's a 3 tier so there's room for plenty of towels. You might even be able to hang a robe on the corner of the top rack. Really happy with the look. Excited to install.

this stainless towel rack is just as described. I am using it as a shelf above my mantel. Beautiful gold color brings elegance to my fireplace. This is very easy to put together with just a few screws and has hidden screw covers so they are not show and you have a finished look.
