Very sturdy. I love that you don’t have to drill holes to install it. It’s so much more secure than the suction cup type that goes on the wall. With the shower curtain closed you don’t even know it’s there.

If you are needing assistance getting in and out of a tub then dont hesitate to purchase. It works perfectly for my needs and gives me something to hold on to while I step out of my tub in my new condo. I am in my 60s and not very stable and afraid of falling and Im so glad I got this.
