Love this kitchen faucet, looks great and we love the touchless feature.

Faucet arrived with the cover missing from the sensor.

Happy with product and the price. Installed a couple weeks ago. So far, so good!

This faucet is pretty awesome and looks great. However, no where does it mention that if the batteries die, the faucet doesn't even turn on, at all. I repeat, you cannot manually turn the faucet on if the batteries are dead. Seems silly and like a hazard. Still debating if I should return this. Otherwise, the principle of the faucet is cool.

Update Wayfair sent me a replacement faucet after having trouble with the sensor on the first one. The second on had the exact same problem. We are now waiting to hear from the manufacturer about why this is happening or how to fix it. Looks great but was a bit confusing for the guys to install. They figured it out farely quickly though. The only downside so far is the touch less feature isnt working. We have installed a couple different sets of batteries but only get a red blinking light. Have a question submitted and waiting on an answer. hopefully they can get us a solution as thats a big part of why I chose this faucet.
